Polish Private Equity
and Venture Capital Association

PSIK gathers private equity/venture capital investors active in Poland. Associate membership is also available for other persons, companies and institutions interested in development of the private equity/venture capital industry in Poland.

The mission of PSIK is to promote and develop the private equity and venture capital industry in Poland, and to represent the interests of the Polish private equity and venture capital community in Poland and abroad. PSIK comprises 43 Full Members - representatives of private equity/venture capital management firms - and 94 Associate Members - consulting companies cooperating with the PE/VC industry.

Central and Eastern Europe is the fastest-growing region of Europe and private equity is a valuable source of funding for businesses and plays a central role in helping companies professionalise their processes, grow and enter new markets - it is one of the main conclusions of the „Private Equity in CEE: Creating Value and Continued Growth” report on the role of the private equity industry in building companies in the Central and Eastern Europe region, published by Invest Europe, an association representing the European private equity and venture capital industry.
